Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price increased 3.6%, or $13,012, and the number of home sales decreased 30.9%.

There are currently 227 resale and new homes in Livermore as per Trulia, including 1 open house, as well as 421 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in Livermore CA was $637,118 for the week ending Mar 31, which represents a decrease of 0.4%, or $2,432, compared to the prior week.

Average price per square foot for Mountain House CA was $123, a decrease of 2.4% compared to the same period last year. Evening Of The Arts In Lathrop

Hello,

It is time to mark your calendars.  Tuesday April the 27th, 2010 @ 5:30 PM Lathrop High will be presenting:  “Evening of the Arts”.

There will be art viewing, drama, choir and band.  Student’s art work from Intro and Advance Art and Intro and Advanced Digital Photo will be displayed in the cafeteria and theater lobby. Refreshments will be served in the cafeteria.

Please make a note of this.  If you are from the area you owe it to yourself to stop by and enjoy what Lathrop High School has to offer.
